An authentic 'brasserie'. Roy is Oriental but trained at The French Culinary Inst. in NYC. His mouth taste is "right on". He makes their bread too. There are nightly changes in menu. Sometimes there are only two 'sittings' The cost is fantastically inexpensive. Jacques Pepin is a close friend and sometime diner. - Beverly , posted 10/01/06 |
