Junior operations Associate will be responsible for:
- Daily Position, Cash and trade reconciliation review from administrator
- Liaise with Administrator and Primes to resolve any issues that arise throughout the daily process
- Organize/track mandatory and voluntary corporate actions in all systems as well as coordinate with the Trade Support, Accounting and prime brokers
- Coordinate Proxy Voting and compliance reporting
The ideal candidate for the Junior Operations Associate will have:
- Operations experience working in a buy-side or sell-side
- Exposure to all security types including Fixed Income, Swaps, Equities, Derivatives
