about the apartment:
heyo, i'm looking for a roommate to share a very cute 2br railroad style apartment in hartford's west end.
rent includes heat hot water & natural gas, and electricity runs $50/60 a month. other amenities are t.b.d.
the move in date is fexiable [march 20 - april 6].
about me:
i'm 25. i like to do artsy things and have a few hobbies which i might not have time for. i work for at least 10 hrs a day so mon - fri i'm not home much. i do enjoy going out and having friends over for dinner parties and gatherings [but not necessarily house parties]. i'm not super neat when it comes to my room, but i know that shared spaces need to be kept clean. i generally think i'm a good roommate; most people i've lived with have either ended up as friends or remain as friends.
about you:
i’m looking for a roommate of any sex/gender/orientation who is a responsible adult, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and is kind of sociable.
